The Red Treaty was a treaty between the Sarr'fuhl of La'tia and the Human nations of Alowatia. This treaty prohibited humans from migrating to or visiting La'tia. The treaty was signed after a prolonged period of conflict caused by repeated assaults from the human nations of Alowatia.
